| To ensure the highest level of efficiency and accuracy – and so control costs – the company has deployed the most up-to-date enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and fully integrated it with its product lifecycle management (PLM) system. 98% of its order processing, billing and other data interactions with customers are carried out electronically. |
